New System Arrived

Hi Gary,

I received the softener system I ordered from you. I unpacked everything but the gravel and resin. It looks like I have all of the standard parts and everything made it through shipping in great shape. The only part outstanding is the special order Aux Micro Switch Kit (P/N V3009) which you indicated might take several weeks to receive.

I read through the detailed instructions and viewed the pictures you provided and should have no problem with installation. Anyone with a small amount of DIY experience should be able to install this type of system using your instructions.

By the way, thank you for taking the time going over everything in detail and having the patience to answer all of my questions. What great service!

As I said in our conversation, it will be a month or two before I can install the system, but when it is I will post my experience and pictures to this forum.

I haven't heard of the contact switch being back ordered so I'll check on it.
