Shipping: Unless specifically
noted on our web site, all product prices on the web site
include shipping charges. Shipping applies only to UPS and/or
freight company regular ground delivery For any other method
of shipping, next day, second day, weekend etc., you will
be charged all additional charges. For additional types of

on the web site are subject to change without notice.
Quality Water Associates shall not be held liable
for any incorrect graphics, typographical, or printing errors.
Payment: Payments may be made
by credit card, check, money order or electronic funds transfer.
Or by credit card, PayPal account transfer or E-Check through
PayPal's secure web site. We accept telephone, email or faxed
orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
credit cards. Please call 1-800-326-8494 or email if you desire
to pay by personal check. When paying by electronic funds
transfer, other than through PayPal, any/all bank transfer
fees must be prepaid by the purchaser.
Credit Terms: Currently Quality
Water Associates does not offer any type of credit.
Orders: Quality Water Associates
reserves the right to decline any order. Orders are usually
placed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of our receipt, not
counting weekends or holidays. Many orders will be shipped
the same day depending on the time we receive and place the
order. Usually if the order is received by us by 1PM ET, it
will be placed ASAP and usually ship by 5 PM local time at
the distributor we choose to place the order with. We usually
email you any tracking information that we receive within
a number of hours of its receipt, .
Special Orders: A special
order is described as any non-stock product. All non-stock
special order sales are final and can not be returned unless
under a warranty claim. Special orders usually take 7-14 days
to ship and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Refused Deliveries: Any UPS
or FedEx deliveries that are refused or are undeliverable,
will be charged a 25% restock fee. Common Carrier refused
or undeliverable deliveries will be charged a 25% restock
fee PLUS the original and return freight charges.
Cancellation of an order:
Any acceptable cancellation of an order must be received within
one hour of our receipt of the order. Any order that has shipped
or that can not be prevented from being shipped due to the
time of cancellation, will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
No special order can be canceled later than one hour of the
time Quality Water Associates has placed the order with any
supplier.
RETURNS: You have 120 days
from receipt of the product to return it. There will be a
25% (percent) restocking fee on all returned product except
product returned under warranty claims. There is no return
allowed for any special order product. All returned product
must be unused and/or uninstalled and thereby in 'as new'
condition. Any/all returns must be in the original packaging
and include all owner manuals, the packing slip and have a
RMA number that we provide. The RMA number must be prominently
displayed on the outside of all original packaging and on
a piece of paper inside the packaging.
You are required to pay all return shipping
charges. You should insure the shipment against loss and/or
damage because it is your responsibility until it is delivered
to us or our supplier. The 120 day period does not include
product returned for warranty claim within the applicable
manufacturers' warranty period but the return shipping charges
and RMA number requirements do apply to warranted product.
We will pay shipping and any handling costs for us to return
product to you that is replaced under warranty. Please contact
us by email or telephone to obtain a RMA number. All returned
product that does not have a RMA number will be refused by
us and returned to you at your expense. After receiving the
RMA number you must ship the product to the address we provide
within the following 15 days or the returned product will
be refused. You must provide us a tracking number and carrier
used for the shipment.
Customer Privacy: All order
and/or general correspondence customer information provided
Quality Water Associates is protected and held in strict confidence.
It will not be sold, rented or shared with any third party
unless required by law.
Warranty: All goods are warranted
for material and workmanship by the manufacturer. While specific
warranties for many products and/or their component parts
exceed 1 year, the warranty period for all goods, excluding
consumable items, shall be no less than 12 months from receipt
of merchandise. Call for full warranty terms and warranty
information covering a specific product.
